Transit Lounge 2009 consisted of three online conversations between remotely distanced participants (located in Sydney, Melbourne, Paris and Berlin), with exchanges developing into three collaborative projects.

• Projects: an online version physical performance and installation projects created as a result of the Moving While Standing Still residency.
  
• Conversations: addressing concerns of isolation, dislocation and longing are facilitated by this now familiar two-dimensional online (audiovisual) environment.
• Documentation: digital representations of physical manifestations of the Moving While Standing Still works, including installations, performances and panel presentation.

A discussion of the Moving While Standing Still online artist collaboration occurred as part of the transmediale.09 festival, plus exhibitions/installations, performances and an online exhibition.
