TRANSIT LOUNGE 09 OPENING

Parallel to the transmediale.09_deep north at the Haus der Kulturen der Welt, TRANSIT LOUNGE exhibits works of this years Moving While Standing Still edition at Wonderbar Studio, Wienerstrasse 45, Berlin.

Host Lady Gaby is a TRANSIT LOUNGE participant and worked from this studio with her remote collaborators in Melbourne. It is a very suitable place to tie the issues of global and local together, visualize the process of a “residency at home” and showcast the outcomes of Conversation Groups 2 and 3, in a comprehensive context.

• Group 2: An interactive multimedia installation, assembling all different kinds of inspirations in sound, video, light and movement.
• Group 3: Postcard-collages, Zines and a video diary to follow the poetic exchange.
